This notice covers this website and the inquiry form. Data processed inside a customer project is governed by that project's agreement.

What is collected and why
The inquiry form
When you send an inquiry, we receive what you type: your name, email address, company, role if given, the workflow you describe and, if you give them, the kind of video, volume and timeline. We use it to answer you and, if a project follows, to prepare it. The legal basis is your request that we reply, and our legitimate interest in following up on a business inquiry.
Inquiries are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service, and protected from automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your IP address and browser signals to tell a person from a script. Neither the form nor the confirmation uses cookies.
Please do not include real recipient data in an inquiry. Describe it, or use synthetic examples. If real personal data about third parties is sent anyway, we delete it and ask for a description instead.
Hosting and technical logs
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes connection data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and defend against attacks, and keeps short-lived technical logs for that purpose.
Analytics
We use Umami for privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics, to count page views and a handful of interactions on this site: which call-to-action buttons are clicked, whether the demonstration is run, and whether the inquiry form is started, fails validation or is sent. This tracking does not identify you or follow you across other sites, and nothing you type into the form or the demonstration is sent to these analytics tools. This tracking stores no cookies and needs no consent banner.
If you email us directly, we keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation and any resulting project require.
What is not collected
No advertising trackers, no social plug-ins, no fingerprinting, no sale or sharing of your details for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent an inquiry.
How long it is kept
- Inquiries that do not lead to a project: deleted within 12 months of the last exchange.
- Inquiries that lead to a project: kept as part of the project record for the life of the relationship and as long as legal or accounting duties require.
- Technical logs: retained briefly by the hosting provider, then discarded.
Processors
The services above act on our instructions: Cloudflare (hosting, spam protection), Resend (email delivery) and Umami (website analytics). Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Write to hello@tallymotion.com. If you are in the EU or EEA, you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
The demonstration on the homepage
The people shown in the examples on this site are fictional, and their data is made up. Nothing in it relates to a real person.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how inquiry data is used will be explained here.
