What is the pricing?

Template setup is quoted separately. Ongoing generation is billed by video duration against a monthly minimum that you can spend on usage. Your proposal sets out narration rates, any additional projects, revisions and support before work begins. Tell us about your project and expected volume for a quote.

What do you need from us to get started?

Start with a description of what the videos should show and how often you need them. We’ll discuss sample data, branding and integration when we plan the project. Please use made-up examples in your inquiry.

Do we need developers?

Usually, a developer connects your system to our API. If you don’t have developers available, contact us to discuss custom integration development as an additional service.

Can I generate videos without voice-over?

Yes. Your template can produce videos with voice-over or silent videos, depending on what your content needs.

Can I upload a file to generate videos?

Video generation currently runs through our API. If you’d prefer to upload a file or use another workflow, contact us to discuss our custom development service.

Is this an AI video generator?

Every video follows a template you approve. Your data fills in the content, and AI generates the voice-over when narration is included.

Can we have multiple video projects?

Yes. You can have multiple projects, each with its own video template. This lets you generate different types of videos for different content, audiences or brands.

Can we change the template later?

Yes. Tell us what you’d like to change and we’ll update your template. How template changes are handled and scoped is set out in your project agreement.

How can we track our videos?

You get access to a dashboard where you can browse generated videos, check render statuses, access output files and review generation and usage statistics, all in one place. It does not track how viewers watch the videos.

How can we share the videos?

Each finished video comes with a video URL, a poster image and a hosted playback page, in a standard design or branded for you on request. Share the link, embed the video in your website or app, or download it to use wherever you choose.
